ACH Agreement

ACH debit payments involve moving funds out of the bank account you have designated in order to pay your merchant.

When you place your order or save your bank account information, you grant your merchant—and, where applicable, your merchant's affiliated entities ("Merchant")—permission to debit the designated bank account for any sums due in connection with charges that result from your use of the Merchant's services and/or your purchase of the Merchant's products, in accordance with the Merchant's website and terms, and this permission remains in effect until you revoke it.

If, on a recurring basis, you use the Merchant's services or buy more than one of the Merchant's products under the Merchant's terms, you authorize the Merchant to debit your bank account on a recurring basis. Any payments not covered by the recurring debits authorized above will be debited only after you have given your authorization.

You may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying the Merchant before the scheduled debit, within whatever cancellation notice period the Merchant has established. Should the Merchant not designate a cancellation notice period for this authorization, you may revoke it by giving the Merchant notice 30 days before the scheduled debit.
